Probably because they're sleeping!
Have you ever wondered what time it is over in Wikidot-land, used Google to find out, then been disappointed because it's 1 AM over there and you're going to have to wait several hours until the Polish work day begins?
Well, I've got a solution for you. Kind of. You'll still be disappointed to find out that those Polish geniuses have only just settled down for their beauty sleep, but at least you'll be able to become disappointed faster now that you don't need to search Google for Polish time first! ;-)
I've added this little gem to the Wikidot Community site's sidebar, but I'm going to share the code with you so you can post it on your own Wikidot site or wiki as well.
Time in Toruń, Poland
And the code for it is this:
[[=]]
[]**Time in Toruń, Poland**[]
[
]
<iframe src="http://free.timeanddate.com/clock/i225ivn4/n1454/tlau/fn13/fs13/bo2/pl2/pr2/pt4/pb4/tt0/tm1/td2/ta1/tb4" frameborder="0" width="160" height="42"></iframe>
[
]
[[/=]]
Or, more simply, just:
[[include :leiger:inc:torun-time]]
Click on the white rectangle box to go to timeanddate.com, which is where I got the code from originally. You can customise the appearance of it, or make it show a different timezone, if you'd like.
Great idea!
When I saw the title for the post I thought you were going to have a whinge about the wikidot developers :). But other than not getting to see a scrag fight unfold, nice post! He he…

You might consider changing the height of the iframe to 42px so that the bottom border shows.

Not sure what you mean Rob? The bottom border appears for me (will post a screenshot later if you'd like) and as I'm using the HTML tags, the height should be automatic?
Can you not see the bottom border of the rectangle?

On my Win7 laptop with FF, IE8 and Chrome, I see a black border on the top and left and if there's supposed to be the same border on the bottom and right, it's getting cut off.
edit: I had an afterthought after posting. If I hit Ctrl+ to zoom in one level, I see all 4 borders. At the default zoom (Ctrl-zero), it's cut off.

On Ubuntu (Linux) using Google Chrome, it works perfectly fine at the default zoom level. If I try to zoom in I get either just the right border cut off, or both the right and bottom borders are cut off.
So I get the opposite symptoms to you! ;-)
But, I realise what you were saying about changing the dimensions before now… I'm using the HTML tags but the HTML itself is an iframe >_>
Will make it a bit bigger and see if it helps.

It looks fine now as I zoom in at all levels. If I zoom out, it starts to cut off again. My eyes are old enough that I rarely zoom out. 8-)
